About the role
As a Procurement Engineer you will play a crucial role in supporting the company's procurement process. In this full-time position based in Floridablanca Pampanga, you will be responsible for overseeing the procurement and inventory management processes to ensure the timely and cost-effective delivery of materials and services.

As a Procurement Engineer you will play a crucial role in supporting the company's procurement process. In this full-time position based in Floridablanca Pampanga, you will be responsible for overseeing the procurement and inventory management processes to ensure the timely and cost-effective delivery of materials and services.
What you'll be doing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and source the most suitable suppliers and vendors
- Negotiate contracts and manage supplier relationships to secure the best possible terms and conditions
- Oversee the procurement process, from raising purchase orders to tracking deliveries and ensuring quality control
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records, monitoring stock levels and identifying opportunities for optimization
- Provide reporting and analysis to support strategic decision-making within the procurement and logistics functions
- Implement and maintain efficient procurement policies and procedures to drive continuous improvement
- Degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a procurement or supply chain role in the construction industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues proactively
- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management capabilities
- Proficient in the use of procurement software and data analysis tools
- Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and compliance requirements
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
