F. Minimum Requirements / Work Experiences
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, or related field).
- 10-15+ years of experience in operations or commissioning within the oil and gas industry, specifically gas processing plants.
- Strong knowledge of gas processing plant operations, equipment, and systems.
- Proven experience leading commissioning, startup, or pre-operations in a large industrial setting.
- Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental standards in the oil and gas industry (e.g., OSHA, API, etc.).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
