Our client is a global manufacturer of Petrochemicals, with a core product range in acetic acid and acetic anhydride. They are now looking to recruit a Plant Inspector to prepare, execute and report on mechanical pressure equipment inspections to ensure compliance with Statutory requirements for Safe, Reliable Operations.

Responsibilities
- Manage Inspection portfolio for a specific plant area
- Write Inspection & Test Plans
- Prepare and Complete Inspections according to schedule
- Analyse NDT results
- Update Risk Based Inspection assessments
- Complete Inspection reporting & scheduling
- Plans and executes inspections for plant Turnarounds
- Update the Inspection Data Management System
Experience & Qualifications
- Candidates will hold a minimum HNC in mechanical discipline
- Cat 2 Plant Inspector (Pressure Vessels, Pipework, Tanks, Relief Devices)
- In depth knowledge of legislation, codes and standards related to mechanical equipment integrity
- In depth knowledge of Risk Based Inspection
