We are seeking a skilled Phlebotomist with lab processing experience for an exciting full-time, permanent opportunity.
This role is ideal for someone passionate about improving health, capable of working independently, and comfortable engaging with clinical trial participants.

Phlebotomist & Lab Processing Professional
Full-time, Permanent Position | New Clinical Trial Site
We are seeking a skilled Phlebotomist with lab processing experience for an exciting full-time, permanent opportunity.
This role is ideal for someone passionate about improving health, capable of working independently, and comfortable engaging with clinical trial participants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and process pathology samples (blood, urine, swabs) from clinical trial participants
- Prepare samples for shipping and coordinate couriers
- Manage lab assets (cryogenic freezers, centrifuges)
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including Clinical Research Coordinators, Nurses, Doctors, and Site Directors
- Maintain detailed records for all patients and samples
- Ensure timely completion of documentation
- Assist with other tasks such as data entry, calibration, and equipment checks
- Perform ECGs as needed
- Certificate III in Pathology Collection or relevant healthcare experience
- Proven experience in phlebotomy and specimen collection procedures
- Strong customer service and communication skills, with empathy
- Excellent time management and attention to detail
- Knowledge of standard precautions for handling patients and biological specimens
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Commitment to quality management and continuous improvement
