Our client Woodside is currently seeking a Payroll Analyst in Perth CBD for a 12-month contract.
You'll join a high performing team delivering global payroll to Woodside Energy employee's across the globe.
Over the next 12 months, you will have the opportunity to work with the team in delivering a global payroll centre of excellence.

Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
•    Transacting day to day payroll activities to ensure accurate data is processed and maintained.
•    Delivery in accordance with the monthly timetable so that all payroll activities are conducted according to Woodside and legislative guidelines to ensure timely, accurate and efficient delivery of Benefits services to the business.
•    Support payroll process
•    Resolution of queries and issues raised by the business, escalating to Payroll Team Lead as appropriate.

The successful candidate will be able to display:
•    We are seeking an experienced Payroll person who has demonstrated experience running end-to-end payroll. 
•    Experience in payroll (minimum 2+ years, ideally more)
•    Experience in SAP or EC/ECP (highly desirable)
•    Ability to prioritise work to meet deadlines
•    Ability to maintain confidentiality
•    Flexible and able to address multiple issues simultaneously, and see tasks through to a satisfactory conclusion
•    Ability to manage a high workload and determine outcomes without supervision
•    Enthusiastic team player
•    Good analytical skills

Additional Information:
•    All of the payroll is run Monthly
•    Knowledge or experience with EC/ECP (Employee central / employee central payroll). SAP or other large ERP experience considered (e.g. Oracle)
•    Experience with larger organisations – Globally we pay around 5000 people each month – so experience with payroll of over 1000 people is needed
