Are you passionate about health, safety, and making a real impact? Our client has a great opportunity for a dedicated and dynamic individual to become a vital part of our QSSHE team, working across various offshore assets in the beautiful Southern North Sea.
 
About the Role: You'll be the heartbeat of our offshore platforms, combining your medical expertise with safety coaching to create a safe, healthy, and environmentally conscious workplace. Your role will be essential in ensuring that all team members feel supported, whether through providing medical care or helping to maintain high safety standards.
 
What You'll Do:
  • Medical & Occupational Health: You'll be the go-to person for emergency medical response, routine care, and health assessments, ensuring our teams are well-cared for and supported.
  • Safety Coaching: By working closely with management and staff, you'll promote best practices in health, safety, and environmental standards, ensuring everyone stays safe and compliant.
  • Leadership & Support: Act as a key contact for HSE issues, participate in safety teams, and provide guidance on environmental management, asbestos handling, noise assessments, and more.

Qualifications You’ll Need:
  • Offshore Medic Certificate and relevant medical certifications.
  • NEBOSH Health & Safety Certificate (Diploma preferred).
  • Skills in risk assessment, incident investigation, and safety auditing.
  • Eligible to work in the UK.
 
Additional Skills We Value:
  • Experience with occupational hygiene, radiation protection, and environmental management.
