HDD Client Representative
 
The client rep will be based offshore Weybourne Norfolk England working from a Jack-Up vessel positioned 1km from the shoreline at Weybourne. The client rep will crew change from the port of Wells-Next-the Sea in Norfolk England. Crew changes will be tidal dependent. Two (2) offshore Client Reps Offshore durations (14 days on 14 days off) or as agreed with the Project Manager.

Scope of the Client Representitives
Offshore Client Representatives (OCR), typically known as an Offshore Client Rep,  responsible for ensuring that offshore project specific tasks are completed safely, on time, and with due-consideration and attention to the project documentation package (risk assessment and method statements) for the different scope, while meeting industry standards.

Responsibilities
  • •   Represent the client as the main point of contact during offshore project specific works from the Jack-Up vessel.
 
  • •    Facilitate effective communication between, offshore project teams, and onshore management.
 
  • •  Monitor offshore progress and ensure adherence to safety and contractual agreements.
 
  • •  Conduct regular meetings with offshore Barge Master and vessel OIMs to recieve update on project status and address any queries.
 
  • •  Collaborate with onshore project managers and technical teams to align deliverables with client requirements.
 
  • •  Uphold strict safety and quality standards to meet or exceed clients' expectations.
 
  • •  Generate comprehensive daily reports and documentation to present to onshore project managers.
 
  • •  Attend meetings as advised from onshore project management.
 
  • •   Attend 09.00 daily call with client operations team. 

  • Requirements:

Technical knowledge: Offshore Client Representitives (OCR) should have a good understanding of offshore operations, HDD duct installation from a Jack-Up, diving, and associated engineering principles and industry standards and regulations, including the International Maritime Organization (IMO) guidelines and Classification Society rules, and IMCA-guidelines for offshore working.
Communication and teamwork skills: The client rep, must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with contractors, colleagues, and other stakeholders involved in offshore operations. Teamwork skills are also essential for collaborating with other client project managers, engineers, and contractors.
Health and safety training: As with all offshore-related roles, health, and safety training, such as Emergency Training (GW0)
However, Helicopter Underwater Escape Training (HUET), is NOT required.
