Office Administrator
NES Fircroft are working with a large water treatment company who are looking for an Office Administrator to work with them on a permanent basis.
This is a full time, Monday to Friday position working 40 hours per week.
Purpose of the role: To perform a range of general customer focussed administration/processing duties within a team of 3 people.
Location: Bandet Way, Thame

Main Responsibilities:
- Answering the switchboard and taking messages as appropriate
- Greet visitors, complying with health & safety as required
- Manage own and shared inbox
- Process customer orders accurately and in accordance with company procedures and timescales. Follow up as necessary
- Credit Control
- Send customer statements
- Process invoice runs
- Liaise with customers to resolve queries, referring more complex issues to your line manager
- Draft any routine correspondence
- Undertake routine administrative support procedures, such as filing, opening post etc Provide support to line manager and other members of the team as and when needed Provide holiday cover for team members when required
- Work to specific deadlines in line with the month end process
- Maintain accurate records
- Any other Adhoc duties
- Computer literate
- Confident and professional telephone manner
- Good interpersonal skills
- Good problem solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail
