Job Opportunity: Motor Winding Operator - Spruce Grove, Alberta
Shift: Monday-Friday
Rate: $25.00/hour
We are seeking an enthusiastic and hardworking individual to join our team in Spruce Grove. The Motor Winding Operator will ensure timely delivery of equipment and improve maintenance efficiency and productivity.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and hardworking individual to join our team in Spruce Grove. The Motor Winding Operator will ensure timely delivery of equipment and improve maintenance efficiency and productivity.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain equipment following maintenance guidelines.
- Execute and close maintenance work orders.
- Conduct equipment evaluations and schedule maintenance.
- Handle materials, use winding machines, and work on afternoon or night shifts.
- Support continuous improvement efforts to reduce downtime and enhance productivity.
- Technical diploma or certification preferred.
- Previous experience in motor winding is an asset.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent hand-eye coordination.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be legally able to work in Canada without sponsorship.
