We are looking for candidates that would be suitable for Mechanical Engineering roles in the GCC.

Post: Mechanical Engineer - Ammonia and Utilities & Offsite / Urea, PH
Location:  GCC Countries
Qualifications – bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.
Experience: 4 Years (Prefer experience from Fertilizer)

Job Responsibilities:
Mechanical Maintenance:
§ Monitors and assess the conditions of all machinery and equipment in the plants to prevent breakdown or interruptions to operations.
§ Assists in the development and execution of maintenance plans in coordination with HSE, production and other maintenance sections to ensure uninterrupted operations.
§ Guides repairs, replacements and testing of all machinery and equipment in the plants, to ensure reliability and continuous operations of the plants.
§ Directs and provides support in the execution of preventative and corrective maintenance of the machinery and equipment.
§ Provides input on proposed Management of Change (MOC) initiatives and executes the approved MOCs.
§ Plans and prepares the shutdown activities in coordination with HSE, production and other maintenance sections, and arranges the availability of the necessary resources.
 § Executes the maintenance related activities through ERP systems and fulfils requirements.
 § Prepares and updates the required documents for maintenance audits (IMS / Insurance/ Safety audits) and assist team leader / manager to during the execution of the audit.
Management of Spare Parts:
§ Prepares the technical specifications of the required spare parts to maintain the minimum accepted stock levels.
§ Prepares the routine Purchase Requests (PRs), prior to the approval of the Mechanical Team Leader and provides input regarding non-routine PRs.
§ Develops/reviews the technical specifications/technical evaluations for the required spare parts during tendering.
§ Inspects the spare parts at the time of good receipts to ensure they meet the required technical specifications.
