Working within the Engineering and Planning Departments, supporting the development and identification of materials required for catalogue creation. Your role: 
  • Reviewing engineering deliverables, including multi-disciplinary drawings, OEM, and vendor manuals, datasheets, etc., to extract materials data for cataloguing.
  • Identifying spare parts brought for Train-1 in containers and presenting master data for upload into SAP.
  • Supporting and preparing materials information for the development of the Bill of Materials.
  • Ongoing support in identifying equipment and spare parts for the maintenance and operations team.
  • Strong commitment to work safely, complying with all site safety standards. Develop and implement safe systems, standards, and procedures for the LiOH refinery.
  • Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Committed and practical approach to the safety and well-being of all staff
  • Ability to engage and communicate clearly with the team and liaise with all levels of the organization.
  • Strong collaboration and teamwork skills
  • Ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks
  • Excellent knowledge of refinery operational practices
  • Possesses excellent stakeholder engagement attributes and has an inclusive and open style

About you: 
  • 3+ years’ experience in oil, gas, petrochemical or mineral refineries in a maintenance capacity
  • Australian citizen or PR 
  • Drivers licence 
  • Availablility to start as soon as possible
