We’re looking for a Master Data / ERP Specialist to join a Brisbane-based team on a 6-month contract (Monday to Friday) supporting a major heavy industry / mining operations business. This is a hands-on role playing a critical part in the migration of ERP systems from SAP to Pronto, ensuring accurate and compliant master data for ongoing operational excellence.

About the Role
- Review, update, create, and approve maintenance master data prior to Pronto uploads.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance across ERP systems in a complex mining/heavy industry environment.
- Collaborate with operational and technical teams to validate and troubleshoot data for the system migration.
- Contribute to process improvements and documentation to support long-term ERP functionality.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Strong experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP, and experience in data migration projects.
- Proven knowledge of master data management, particularly in maintenance or asset-heavy operations.
- Exceptional attention to detail, analytical thinking, and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across operational and technical teams.
