We are working with Woodside Energy, recruiting for a Management Assistant to join them on an initial 6-month contract.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to VP Commercial and Analysis, this includes diary management, calendar, email, and travel coordination ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Arrange travel itineraries, domestic and international, including flights, accommodation, car hire and transfers.
- Provide administrative support and coverage during periods of leaves within Business Development and Commercial (BD&C) and Executive Assistants if required.
- Organise and support meetings, workshops, and events, including logistics, agendas, and materials.
- Manage onboarding for new team members and support HR-related activities such as performance and development tracking.
- Oversee document and information management systems, ensuring accessibility and compliance.
- Process expenses, approvals, and general administrative tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
- Support the Purchase Requisition team with processing of Service Entries and raising Purchase Requisitions.
- Works collaboratively with other country offices to improve overall function efficiency.
- Proven ability to work independently with integrity and discretion.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Confident engaging with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance and risk systems is beneficial.
- Experience with Power BI is a plus.
- 4–6 years of administrative or executive support experience in a large organisation, ideally within the oil and gas sector.
