Logistics Analyst – Capital Projects & Operations Support
We’re seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Analyst to support our logistics strategy across Capital Projects, Field Engineering, Operations, and Maintenance. This role is critical in coordinating transportation, managing freight logistics, and ensuring timely delivery of equipment and materials.

We’re seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Analyst to support our logistics strategy across Capital Projects, Field Engineering, Operations, and Maintenance. This role is critical in coordinating transportation, managing freight logistics, and ensuring timely delivery of equipment and materials.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate transportation and expediting services for various departments and projects.
- Execute permit loads and determine optimal shipment methods based on procedures, routes, and rates.
- Ensure compliance with TSA, DOT, and Customs regulations; prepare accurate documentation to avoid delays.
- Liaise with suppliers to obtain freight specifications and communicate with carriers.
- Select and negotiate with carriers, ensuring insurance and contractual compliance.
- Oversee shipments from planning to delivery, maintaining communication with all stakeholders.
- Manage third-party logistics vendors and carrier relationships.
- Resolve delivery discrepancies and maintain shipment records.
- Provide timely updates on project logistics and performance metrics.
- Attend on-site load/offload operations as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Prior experience in freight forwarding and logistics is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to interpret production schedules and understand procurement obligations.
- Team-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple tasks independently.
