Lead ICSS and Instrument Engineering Services
OVERVIEW

- Starting date: ASAP
- Duration: 12 months
- Renewable: YES
- Location: Paris area or London area during FEED (FEED Contractor will be based in UK – London) and then at EPC contractor location
- Status: Residential
- Project - Onshore Gas Field.


The service holder shall be involved in the FFD FEED and will manage the instrument and ICSS discipline and ICSS Contractor for the onshore CPF plant. The service holder will as well interface with the existing EPS platform to integrate the new built plan into the existing ICSS architecture.

The service holder may also be involved in the current pre-feed extension studies. The Service Holder will be as well deeply involve in the FEED scope of work preparation until FEED sanction. During FEED, the service holder will oversee the performance of the FEED CTR on time and on budget FEED deliverable submission for her or his scope of work and as well actively participate in the EPC CFT preparation.


The Service holder shall:
  •  Manage the instrument and ICSS discipline for the onshore CPF and all associated interfaces with existing EPS platform and telecom system.
  • Be experienced in co-ordinating and participation of HSE review such as SIL reviews. Shall be aware of HSE Standards.
  • Shall be experienced in evaluating various I&C and equipment packages as part of Technical Bid Evaluations.
  • Shall be able to resolve Technical Queries raised by Engineer, 3rd party Consultants and Bidders for packages.
  • Have complete knowledge of Process Automation systems including ICSS/DCS, Alarm Management system related system design, detailed engineering and developing system architectures etc.
  • Have knowledge of telecom systems including Fiber Optics, CCTV, PA, ACS, Telephones, Structure Cabling, Transmission networks including developing system design, detailed engineering, conducting coverage studies review and system architectures.
  • Have deep Knowledge of network Security implementation and cyber security.
  • Assist in determining schedule and budget requirements, prepare draft cost estimates.
  • Review design calculations documents.
  • Update and maintain engineering documentation and drawings.
  • Knowledge of environmental principles, practices, procedures, laws, regulations, and current Country legislative issues.
