Lead HR Consultant

• A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, preferably with specialisation in HR or HR related certificate or qualification
• Minimum 10+ years of post-qualified relevant experience as an HR consultant or similar role
• Demonstrated proficiency and experience in assessing and analysing HR practises, policies, systems and procedures
• Experience in building HR operating models and re-engineering HR processes (preferably for public entities)
• Strong knowledge of a range of HRM systems and preferably experience in implementation of HRM systems
• Must have deep knowledge of relevant Iraq HR laws and regulations
• Knowledge of and preferably experience of international HR legislation or of other leading nations.
• Experience in and driving change and culture management
