Manufacturing Technician
Location: Shreveport, LA 71108
Pay Rate: $21–$24/hour
Schedule: 10/4 rotation, 12-hour shifts (alternating days and nights) Overview
The Laboratory Technician is responsible for delivering safe, efficient, and reliable product and service delivery (PSD) to customers. This role involves performing quality assurance tests, preparing laboratory reports, and providing technical support for additive selection and fluid design. Key Responsibilities

The Laboratory Technician is responsible for delivering safe, efficient, and reliable product and service delivery (PSD) to customers. This role involves performing quality assurance tests, preparing laboratory reports, and providing technical support for additive selection and fluid design. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct quality assurance tests on company products.
- Prepare laboratory reports prior to service delivery at the wellsite.
- Provide advanced technical support during additive selection and fluid design.
- Maintain contact with Client Support Labs, operating locations, and product centers.
- Ensure job deliverables are accurate and delivered on time.
- Keep laboratory equipment clean and in working condition; dispose of waste regularly.
- Prepare technical presentations for internal and external customers.
- Perform audits to ensure compliance with standards.
- Assist engineers and product champions with technical support.
- Perform risk analysis before tasks to mitigate safety or quality concerns.
- Participate in Service Quality Meetings and implement action plans.
- Comply with HSE policies and maintain required safety training.
- Preferred previous laboratory experience; cementing experience is a plus.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work alternating day/night shifts in a shop environment.
- Must wear PPE and follow safety protocols.
