Laboratory Coordinator (Direct client engagement)

Our client is a prominent global entity in the Testing, Inspection, and Certification industry, dedicated to materials testing and the establishment of certification schemes in areas including building materials, aerospace, transportation, health sciences, oil and gas, and fire safety.

Job Scope:

• Oversee the operations of the laboratory front office and address customer inquiries.
• Coordinate the collection of samples from client locations and manage the receipt of incoming samples.
• Efficiently create job entries and record data in the system as well as in other data management platforms.
• Produce reports as necessary.
• Prepare samples for analysis and arrange for their dispatch to international destinations when needed.
• Administer the filing system effectively.

Requirement:

• Minimum Nitec in Chemical Process Technology or equivalent.
• Relevant working experience in commercial laboratories will be an added advantage.
• Proficient in MS office 
• Good organization and communication skills
