Job Title:  IT Business Office Analyst - IT Workforce Planning
Location:  Calgary, AB
Length: 12-Month contract to start
Rotation: Mon-Fri 8hr days

Join our energetic IT Business Office team as an IT Business Office Analyst and help shape the future of our IT workforce! In this role, you'll be at the forefront of optimizing staffing, resource planning, and space utilization, collaborating with HR and IT teams to ensure our workforce aligns with business goals. Key Responsibilities:
  • Workforce Planning: Lead IT workforce analyses, forecast staffing needs, and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Collaboration: Partner with HR to track workforce data and IT teams to align staffing with project timelines.
  • Space Optimization: Evaluate and recommend improvements to workspace efficiency and collaboration.
  • Reporting: Produce insights and reports on IT workforce trends and space usage for leadership.
  • Process Improvement: Develop and maintain best practices for workforce and space planning, continuously improving processes.
Who You Are:
  • Analytical & Detail-Oriented: Strong skills in interpreting data and optimizing processes.
  • Collaborative: Excellent communication skills for working across teams and departments.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with IT workforce management tools like SAP, Workday, or Oracle.
  • Adaptable: Eager to stay on top of evolving trends in IT and workforce planning.
  • Problem-Solver: Able to identify issues and create actionable solutions.
Qualifications:
  • Experience in IT workforce planning and space management.
  • Strong analytical skills with a knack for spotting trends.
  • Experience with tools like SAP, Workday, or Oracle.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
