Rotation: Mon-Fri 8hr days

Key Responsibilities:
- Workforce Planning: Lead IT workforce analyses, forecast staffing needs, and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
- Collaboration: Partner with HR to track workforce data and IT teams to align staffing with project timelines.
- Space Optimization: Evaluate and recommend improvements to workspace efficiency and collaboration.
- Reporting: Produce insights and reports on IT workforce trends and space usage for leadership.
- Process Improvement: Develop and maintain best practices for workforce and space planning, continuously improving processes.
- Analytical & Detail-Oriented: Strong skills in interpreting data and optimizing processes.
- Collaborative: Excellent communication skills for working across teams and departments.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with IT workforce management tools like SAP, Workday, or Oracle.
- Adaptable: Eager to stay on top of evolving trends in IT and workforce planning.
- Problem-Solver: Able to identify issues and create actionable solutions.
- Experience in IT workforce planning and space management.
- Strong analytical skills with a knack for spotting trends.
