NES Fircroft are delighted to be partnering with a major Operating Company who are looking to add an Instrument & ICSS Engineer to join their team in Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines, France.

The role will be a contract based role for an initial 12 months duration. It offers the opportunity to work on a major clients Deepwater Crude Oil development in Africa.

Overview 

Title: Instrument and ICSS Coordinator 
Duration: 12+ Month renewable
Work Schedule: 5 days/week 
Project: Offshore FPSO 
Start date: 1st November 2024

Location: 

Position based in Contractor premises (Saint Quentin en Yvelines) offices with potential missions in Germany, until end of detailed Engineering (planned for Summer 2026) then In China for FPSO construction and commissioning and finally in Angola for FPSO SU. The position is needed until PAC is achieved planned end of 2028 

Technical Requirement: 
  • Engineering Bac +5 level with specialization in ICSS or Instrumentation, or equivalent proven experience (Engineer) 
  • Experience in instrument and ICSS maintenance and management (over 5 years), competence in cyber security, oil production knowledge. 
  • Reliability, autonomy, analytical, organizational capacity and leadership 
  • Languages: French or English correct (> 3.5/5)  
  • Very good knowledge of the instruments system and ICSS in offshore industry. 
  • Industrial information security system training.
