We are currently partnering with our client, who are a leading tier one mining company, currently seeking an Identity & Access Management specialist.
Location - based in Brisbane with some site travel required
Contract duration - 1 year, option to extend

Responsibilities:
- Implementation & Delivery: Oversee end-to-end implementation and delivery of MFA platform requirements across 3-4 operational technology sites.
- Collaboration: Work with specialists from other technical domains to request, validate, and accept dependencies (e.g. virtual servers, firewall rules, service accounts).
- Troubleshooting: Address and resolve technical issues at both platform and user levels during deployment.
- Documentation & Coordination: Ensure all changes are properly explained, documented, and coordinated with the operational support team.
- Identity & Access Management: Expertise in Microsoft Identity, Active Directory (AD), Kerberos, NTLM, authentication protocols, Cloud MFA, and Microsoft Entra ID.
- End-User Device Management: Proficiency in managing and troubleshooting Windows laptops, desktops, virtual machines, and mobile devices.
- Infrastructure Services: Deep knowledge of DNS, Windows services, and network segmentation.
- Networking: Solid understanding of VLANs, firewalls, IP networking, and the ability to coordinate network deliverables.
- Change Management & Security Compliance: Experience in handling change management processes, firewall rule requests, and Active Directory account/group creation in compliance with security and operational policies.
