HSE Manager
Requirements:

Requirements:
- Completed studies in the relevant field, QHSE
- Strong experience in high-risk industries such as construction, oil and gas, onshore and offshore wind turbines
- Several years of professional experience in the HSE sector
- Fluent in German and English
- Ensuring compliance with all HSE regulations and HSE standards at all stages of the project
- Creation of an HSEQ framework and culture within the project
- Overseeing the development and implementation of the HSEQ management system
- Supporting management in the management and control of HSE in offshore wind projects as well as supporting the project team in HSE matters
- Monitoring of applicable regulations at all stages of the project
- Introduction, implementation and monitoring of risk analysis methods
- Defining HSEQ requirements in contracts and evaluating bids
- Reporting and analysis of HSE-relevant events
- Promote health and safety culture and overall HSE awareness among staff and contractors at all levels
