Job Title: HSE Compliance and Document Controller

Role Synopsis: 
The HSE Compliance and Document Controller plays a critical supporting role within the HSE team by ensuring proper documentation, procedural control, and HSE compliance monitoring across all operational activities. This position is responsible for maintaining an effective document control system, recording and tracking risk-related meeting outcomes, facilitating action closure, and supporting data entry and reporting using tools such as Maximo. The incumbent serves as a key link in ensuring clear communication across departments to maintain alignment with HSE management system and continuous performance improvement

Criteria & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in employee relations, Iraqi regulation & compliance, HSE support, document control, or compliance roles, preferably in the oil & gas or industrial sectors.
  • Familiarity with admin and documentation process.
  • Proficient in document control tools and systems; experience with Maximo or similar systems is an advantage.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal in English
