HR Planning and Systems Specialist
Location: Paris
Duration: 12 months renewable
Rate: € negotiable

Activities
Organizational
• Ensure the manpower plan is prepared and validated in coordination with the SVP and LT.
• Manages all data relevant to the Workforce Plan.
• Serves as the custodian of the organization chart, and is the official depart publish the project organization chart.
• Initiates organizational memos and facilitates approvals initiated by the entity.
• Collaborates with Managers, Talent Developers and Recruiters to help ensure that recruitment activities are carried out within the scope of the
approved Manpower Plan. Provides analytical and HR systems support to internal customers.
• Works with confidential Human Resources data; maintains HR4U and local HRIS data.
• Serves as primary point of contact for HR Information Systems to ensure proper organization of HR Records and information: coordinate
requests for queries from HRIS records and other confidential documents. /Assists HR and other departments fulfilling information
requests.
• Provides monthly, ad-hoc, and other recurring HR reports related to Manpower Planning.
• Efficiently executes day-to-day administrative processes in HR4U and local HRIS systems, including master files (e.g. position creation, transfers, job
changes, terminations, approvals, contractor employer updates). /Ensures and maintains HRIS data accuracy.
• Monitors Workforce Plan and ensure HR4U and local HRIS systems are in sync with same.
• Identifies and recommends system changes to address operational improvements.
• Provides analytic and system support for HR4U; responds to data and management report inquiries.
• Accurately enters data into HR4U on behalf of employees, managers, and HR colleagues on a timely basis.
• Collaborate with other team members to establish and maintain a professional work environment, focusing on customer service; ensures security of confidential information.
• Actively supports organization safety culture; takes immediate appropriate action upon identifying unsafe conditions.

• The Project HRBP will be in close partnership with the Project Director to provide HR support, improve business performance management
and align HR strategy as per TEPMA1 HR Policy .
• Work closely with central HR management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention
• Helping build and maintain a strong organizational culture within the Project Team, as well as continuously improving the employee experience
• Promotes good HR practices within the Project and promotes their emergence by capitalizing and sharing feedback within all the Project locations.
• Ensures/consolidates the monitoring of organizations, post and staff budgets, as well as the organizational charts of its scope, is a referent for the
monitoring of staff and recruitment, in partnership with HRIS, Workforce Plan and TA teams.
• The point of contact for all the HR matter for all the project
Qualifications/Experience required
• Master Degree with five years data management experience
