HR GA Manager

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or MBA)
• At least 8 years of progressive HR experience, including experience in HR business partnering or HR management (with 3 years in Managerial role)
• Depth knowledge of employment laws and regulations in Indonesia
• Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives
• Strong grasp of HR Analytics and has an excellent passion of HR
• Independent and Resourceful worker who thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels
• Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Proficient in HRIS and other HR-related software
• Professional HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP) is preferred
• Fluent in English and international company exposure is a must to be cohesive with regional team
