Key Accountabilities of the Position:
  • Under the leadership of HK and Taiwan HR manager to establish, streamline, and manage daily HR operations, oversee the employment life cycle and policies for Taiwan.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and organisational standards while fostering a positive workplace culture.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for employee feedback, fostering an open and responsive communication environment.
  • Collaborate with Asia HR team on C&B topics, monitor compliance and provide timely feedback when necessary.
  • Partner with management to assess and identify training and development needs.
  • Any other ad hoc tasks as required by supervisor.
  • Timely validate employees’ T&E claims, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.
  • Handle the HR related invoices.
  • Any other ad hoc tasks as required by supervisor.
  • Successfully meet defined HR objectives and targets specific to the Taiwan region, aligning with overall company goals.
  • Ensure all HR-related tasks, such as recruitment reports and compliance documentation, are completed in full compliance and submitted by established deadlines.
  • Gather and assess feedback from business managers, HR team members, and internal clients regarding HR services and support, aiming for positive evaluations and suggestions for improvement.

Key requirements for the position: 
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field, with at least 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a supervisor role.
  • Experience in the engineering field or start up environment is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Taiwan’s local HR regulations and operations.
  • Self-driven with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Flexible, ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
  • Proficient in spoken and written English.
