Job Specification
To Lead Flow Assurance engineering activities for North Field Expansion (NFXP and NFW) Offshore Projects, ensuring technical requirements (e.g. project specifications, studies, etc.) are fully comply with project deliverables and standardised processes and to support the NFE Offshore Engineering Manager in delivering all aspects to the highest standards.
The Head of Flow Assurance will be responsible for providing expert technical guidance on Flow Assurance. The role ensures design Topsides and Pipelines, compliance with Client and international standards to enhance asset reliability and safety.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Sciences or Engineering.
Knowledge and/or Experience
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience as Flow Assurance Engineer in a major project environment within the oil and gas industry and having a broad knowledge of engineering execution including design standards, specifications, codes, safety criteria, offshore facilities design, construction and operations.
Technical and Business Skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on teamwork and the ability to communicate and interact within a PMT.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in multi-disciplinary, multicultural teams in offshore environments.
Excellent report writing and presentation skills.
A high level of proficiency in written and spoken English.
Computer literacy involving the regular use of professional office applications and some technical applications.
Good knowledge of Process, piping, pipeline design.
