Pharmaceutal/Life Sciences Global Project/Programme Manager – 12 Months Contract – Bracknell

36 Hour week
Hybrid, maximum of 1 day per week in Bracknell (any other time requried on site expenses will be paid)
Possiblity of travel to Switzerland (expenses paid)

£42.88/hr inside IR35 via umbrella company

Essential - Pharm or life sciences background, exprience working on large global digital transformations, any R&D and scientific exprience would be a bonus. Highly storng on stakeholder management.  Regulatory, R&D – automation of submission docs high focussed initial on automation moving data from pdf etc.  Number of workstreams technical in how it is structured, text extraction, pre science background. Product safety division – automation of data transfer from crop’s toxicity reports for them, structure data to provide data sciences to create models. General PM work, support – creating meetings helping with developing projects maps, work between the teams overview of different workstreams, risk logs,  stakeholders comms.  Work across 3 or 4 projects – working on multiple projects in parallel and also to pick up more of a programme role – help link the different projects together.
 
Science background or experience working with scientists – comfortable in this position, not a tech expert but work with the tech team and challenges accruing around this both of these types of teams

As a Project Manager, you will coordinate all Scientific R&D/IT projects and ensure company resources are utilised appropriately. You will also compile project status reports, coordinate project schedules, manage project meetings, and identify and resolve technical problems.

  • Coordinate project activities and ensure all project phases are documented appropriately.
