Requirement
1. Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical / Mechanical / Industrial / Physics / Renewable Energy Engineering).
2. Minimum 10 years’ experience.
3. Minimum 2 Years as General Manager (or equivalent) and 5 Years in the Managerial Position.
4. Implemented Business Financial Acumen.
5. Background in Consulting, specific expertise in the Renewable Energy business as a Consultant.
6. Network in Renewable Energy business in Indonesia (PLN, ESDM, Renewable Power Plant Developers).
7. Managed a minimum of 5 subordinate in 2 consecutive years.
Have experience in:
1. Managing consulting projects for PLN or power plant developers, minimum 3 years.
2. Delivered renewable energy consulting project of either: Feasibility Study / Roadmap design, Project
management / Owner engineer consulting, Engineering and Auction Design.
3. Managed and trained 5 subordinates in 2 consecutive years.
