Full Stack Developer – 12 Months Freelance Contract – Central Paris, France

Essential: -  At least 6 years of successful experience in software development.  React, .Net 6+/C# (including Entity Framework), PostgreSQL & MongoDB, RESTful API, Hexagonal architecture, unit tests and integration tests, nice to have Serverless and AWS containers, use of a design system, CI/CD, GitHub, microservices, SQL, NoSQL

Objectives and deliverables

My client is looking for a Full Stack Developer with .Net, React and AWS.
The Full Stack Developer will participate in the development of the product meeting business needs. You will also fix bugs and test applications or services.

In particular you will:-
  • Develop cloud-native web applications (AWS), with the challenge of scaling across several sites and internationally.
  • Implement the functionalities and associated tests, ensuring code quality (maintainability, testability, security).
  • Identify, analyse and correct potential bugs and security vulnerabilities.
  • Participate in database modeling.
  • Carry out production monitoring as well as necessary corrections.
  • Contribute to technological choices and innovation.
Cross-functional contributions:
  • Participate in the design/maintenance of new tools/packages common to the organization.
  • Challenge the team’s vision.
  • Participate in CoPs (Communities of Practice).

Full Stack Developer to have the following required skills:
  • Have experience on the .Net 6+ framework
  • The React frontend framework
  • Comfort with SQL and/or NoSQL databases, such as: PostgreSQL, MongoDB
  • Good experience in developing REST APIs.
  • Knowledge of microservices would be an asset.
  • An appetite for software craftmanship / clean code, which the environment (squad, CoP, coaches) helps to propagate.
  • A good command of git and initial experience in a DevOps context (CI/CD, with GitHub or similar).
  • Experience in AWS cloud technologies would be a plus.
