Requisition Title:   Fluid Volume Reporting Technician
Description:   Daily data entry of all fluid transfers into the Energy Components Program, for Foster Creek, Christina Lake, and Sunrise. Participate in the development of Fluid Volume Reporting processes and procedures to ensure team’s efficiency and effectiveness.

Responsibilities:
•Retrieve and collate all truck tickets by company and date •Review all tickets and enter 60 to 100 truck/pipeline tickets daily into Energy Components (EC) •Review and scan for missing information; ensure all data processed is complete •Research for missing information in archived files, calls to Fluid Haul Dispatch departments and stakeholders or via other methods •Enter preliminary information, company name, date, unit, etc.
•Verify source and destination of fluid
•Accurately enter all information into Energy Components •Review daily entries for accuracy and completeness
Daily Communications:
•Gather all special Projects such as propane and butane from various sources •Troubleshoot data anomalies with Production Accountants and amend incorrect ticket entries

Monthly and Other Duties:
•Compile Third Party Disposal Reports for Foster Creek, Christina Lake and Sunrise and reconcile with internal records
•Reconcile rig reports (ensuring truck tickets agree to Well View data) •Retain all tickets in accordance with FVR team procedures
•Contact Drilling Waste team to ensure receipt of all tickets for month-end reporting
•Encourage a continuous improvement culture by continually seeking to improve performance and work processes to be better, more efficient, effective, and safer
•Communicate regularly with internal stakeholders such as Fluid Haul, Production Accounting, Measurement, Environmental Operations

Knowledge of:
•Directive 7: Volumetric and Infrastructure Requirements •Directive 17: Measurements Requirement for Oil and Gas Operations •Directive 42: Measurement, Accounting and Reporting Plan •Disposal Waste Manifests processes •SAGD site wells, pads, tanks, sumps, berms, burrows, pits, salt caverns, battery codes, other

Qualifications:
•Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
•Effective organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
•Strong troubleshooting skills
•Strong team player with the ability to work independently •Experience using Energy Components field data capture system
•Working knowledge of SAGD operations
