Field engineer - Structural and mechanical
 
Contract period: 25.11.2024 - 31.12.2026
Location: Eydehavn

Main Tasks: 

- Monitor and assist the construction related to Structural and mechanical, to ensure good interface with other disciplines.
- Member of Company Site team and contribute to the group as the driving force within your discipline. For day-to-day business report to lead on site.
- Follow up contractors’ performance with QC related to Structural and mechanical disciplines for the Construction phase and follow up by site inspections including pre-fabrication site and report all non-compliance, comment activities to QA-plan, audit, and verification plan.
- Participate in inspection activities according to Inspection and Test plan (ITP) as required.
- Help ensure that operators have adequate skills in respective trades and continuously follow up on quality of installation activities.
- Follow up the MC documentation from contractors and subcontractors during the installation period and assist in verification of MC certificates and Punch items.
- Follow up site progress and the MC documentation during the installation period.
- Participate in SJA, Risk Assessment, HAZID, HAZOP or other HSSEQ related reviews when required.
- Contribute to the Management of Change process and to project risk workshop. Identify and follow up relevant opportunities, risks, and mitigating actions.
- Participate in technical change boards.
- Preparation of overall offshore hookup philosophy.
- Ensure activity planning and multi discipline coordination.
- Offshore hookUp material and equipment planning and handling.
- Execution of offshore hookup and brownfield integration.

Qualifications:
- Technical experienced structural and/or mechanical.
- Valid certification within relevant disciplines as required in Norsok.
- HSSE experience.
- Knowledge of Mechanical Completion systems, such as PIMS CMS, MIPS etc.
- Auditing knowledge and experience for both Quality and HSSE.
