Job Summary:
Our client is seeking an Equipment Readiness Technician in the Lloydminster area.
The Equipment Readiness Operator is responsible for preparing and delivering equipment on time to meet operational needs. This role supports the reliability and efficiency of equipment assets, helping to reduce the cost of service delivery (CoSD) and improve overall asset utilization.

Our client is seeking an Equipment Readiness Technician in the Lloydminster area.
The Equipment Readiness Operator is responsible for preparing and delivering equipment on time to meet operational needs. This role supports the reliability and efficiency of equipment assets, helping to reduce the cost of service delivery (CoSD) and improve overall asset utilization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Equipment Readiness Lead and Engineer in preparing equipment for field jobs.
- Perform noninvasive final maintenance on surface and downhole equipment.
- Complete assigned work orders using the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), ensuring data accuracy and adherence to procedures.
- Prepare and organize documentation related to calibrations, function tests, certifications, and inspections.
- Stage and prepare equipment and critical spares for shipment.
- Load equipment onto trucks when planning or logistics support is not available.
- Receive and manage returned equipment from job sites.
- Participate in continuous improvement efforts to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and increase asset utilization.
- Follow all company standards, including Division TLM processes and Competency Management System requirements.
- Strong attention to detail and organization.
- Willingness to follow standardized procedures and safety protocols.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Experience with maintenance systems or equipment preparation is a plus.
