We are seeking an experienced, technically-skilled Engineering Manager to join a leading international IPP developing, building and operating PV & BESS plants. This position coordinates technical aspects of PV projects from early design through grid connection and energisation. Engineering Manager reviews technical documentation, acts as a bridge between EPC and TSO/DSO, supports procurement evaluations, and manages technical approvals with grid operators.


Responsibilities:

  • technical layout and design coordination
  • grid connection analysis
  • technical specifications for EPC contracts
  • procurement support
  • engineering oversight
  • technical approvals with grid operators

Requirements:
  • higher technical education (especially electrical engineering or related fields)
  • at least 4 years of professional experience, especially working for a TSO/DSO
  • knowledge of local regulations and procedures for connecting renewable energy sources to the grid
  • ability to work with technical and regulatory documentation
  • fluent English
