- Diagnose, repair, and maintain machinery including conveyors, cnc machines, motors, gearboxes, pumps, and valves
- Troubleshoot electrical issues involving PLCs (Allen Bradley), HMIs, sensors, relays, and VFDs
- Perform routine preventive maintenance tasks using CMMS software
- Install and wire new equipment and perform system upgrades to meet safety and production standards
- Respond to equipment breakdowns and support emergency maintenance activities
- Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and mechanical blueprints
- Calibrate instruments and maintain process controls for HVAC, pressure, temperature, and flow systems
- Maintain building infrastructure including lighting, piping, and compressed air systems
- Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to support projects and process improvements
- Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards, lockout/tagout procedures, and GMP requirements
Skills & Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree in electrical/mechanical or industrial maintenance preferred
- Minimum 3 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems, pneumatics, hydraulics, and electrical circuits (120VAC–480VAC)
- Hands-on experience with PLCs, instrumentation, and troubleshooting tools (multimeters, infrared thermography, etc.)
- Ability to work independently or in a team in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills and attention to detail
- Flexibility to work shifts, overtime, or be on call as needed
