About You
• Experienced electrical supervisor with a strong background in LV/HV installation
• Ability to lead crews safely and effectively in a FIFO construction environment
• Skilled in interpreting electrical drawings and applying AS/NZS standards
• Holds an electrical trade qualification and relevant licences
• Strong communicator with a proactive, safety‑focused mindset
The Job Role
• Supervise daily electrical installation activities across multiple work fronts
• Coordinate subcontractors to ensure safe, productive, and compliant execution
• Support testing, quality checks, and redline mark‑ups for as‑built documentation
• Contribute to planning, reporting, and field leadership activities
• Join a collaborative project team delivering a large‑scale renewable energy development
