Port Hedland | $120/hr + Super | 2&1 Roster | FIFO from Perth
- Lead critical shutdown works and infrastructure relocation for surge bin installation
- Long-term contract with potential extension
- Work with a top-tier design & construct contractor on a high-impact mining project
- $120/hr + Superannuation
- Fortnightly pay via modern online payroll system
- Contract length: 12 months (starting 17 Nov 2025)
- Roster: 2 weeks on / 1 week off – family-friendly rotation
- Location: Port Hedland | FIFO from Perth
- Site facilities: Modern amenities, contractor support, and shutdown-ready infrastructure
- Support: Dedicated NES Fircroft Consultant throughout your contract

About You
You’ll thrive in this role if you bring:
- A qualified electrical trade background with supervisory experience
- Proven experience in shutdowns and mining fixed plant operations
- Strong knowledge of relocating HV, fibre, fire suppression, and water systems
- Confidence working around conveyor systems and surge bin infrastructure
- Ability to coordinate contractors (up to 10 people) and manage cable tracing
The Job Role
This is your chance to be part of a high-impact infrastructure operations upgrade:
- Kick off with a 1-month shutdown relocating existing services to make way for new surge bins
- Support constructability reviews and site readiness for the next phase of the project
- Continue with surge bin construction and conveyor integration
- Collaborate with a design & construct contractor delivering both engineering and onsite execution
- Be part of a project that directly supports the companies operational efficiency and throughput
