We are working with our Tier 1 mining client, recruiting for a Senior Document Controller to assist in the daily performance and operation of the Document Control Department across all projects and within the corporate office. This is on an initial 12 month contract.

Key Responsibilities:
- Processing all documentation received, including vendor data, in accordance with prescribed procedures and time schedules
- Issuing of data for review where necessary
- Expediting overdue data where needed
- Entering & updating electronic copies of internally produced data and vendor data into in the electronic document management systems
- Allocating and controlling the numbering of documents and drawings
- Revision of the database when necessary and manual filing
- Strong working knowledge of electronic document management systems
- Proficient in Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe and Word packages
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Omega PIMS experience highly regarded
