Digital Value Stream Manager
 
Contract period: 02.12.2024 - 31.12.2026
Location: Stavanger, Oslo

Main Tasks:
  • Work with the business in scoping and maturing use cases, work flow mapping and blueprinting. Consult with business and program stakeholders to scope, design and validate solutions.
  • Drive product delivery through all product life cycle phases: ideation, design, development, testing, implementation, and maintenance while maintaining the product road map, backlog ensuring a shared understanding of the current and future product capabilities.
  • Measure, monitor, and improve product performance using key performance and value indicators that are business-oriented and align with the product's adoption, usage, satisfaction, and cost (product health) while managing risks and dependencies, reconcile conflicting priorities to deliver value.
  • Engage and align with the stakeholders and vendors, identify critical decision-makers and user segments. Communicate, market, drive adoption, and secure delivery buy-in and sponsorship. Provide stakeholders with ongoing transparency on work and adjust planning based on changing priorities.
  • Close feedback loops - Capture learnings and improvement suggestions and translate these into actions for product teams and delivery lines.

Qualifications:
  • Relevant M.Sc. degree, relevant experience can compensate for education. Typically, 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience within the O&G industry and core E&P value chain.
  • Experience with digitisation, project management, product development and agile ways of working is a good fit.
  • Demonstrated strong ability to partner and collaborate across organisations to optimise outcomes, engage stakeholders to support essential business decisions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (and preferably Norwegian).
  • Proactive and outgoing personality with a team-player mindset 
  • Organisational awareness and ability to communicate effectively with senior management.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Analytic, structured and solution oriented. 
  • Ability to extract insights from complex analyses.
