Main Duties / Responsibilities:
- To comply with the clients QHSE policies and procedures.
- To develop detailed drawings under the supervision of the Engineering Manager
- To ensure that accurate drawings are produced according to supplied specifications and applicable standards
- Responsible for Technical drafting of drawings
- Preparing graphical illustrations for marketing purposes, requests for Tools and Methods (TM) drawings for clients before a PO has been created
- Preparation of Quality documents like Engineering Check Sheets, Final Inspection Sheets, Technical Units and Design and Development Plans, Project Control Documents
- Participate in I-Mech. E enrolment programs
- Using SolidWorks, subsequently create manufacturing and assembly drawings, including an Excel BOM Working with Procurement in Dubai & ensure all drawings have been submitted for manufacturing with the assembly
- Conduct and understand mechanical solutions
- Previous experience for drafting with downhole tools. Completions or Interventions tools experience would be preferred
- Strong Team skills are desirable
- Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). MS Project skills would be an advantage
Accountabilities:
- Accountable to maintain the changes in design and communicated to the concerns
- Accountable to verify accuracy of new drawings prior to assembly and testing
Authorities:
- Participate in all stages of product development process. Including design and testing reviews
- To prepare technical drafting of drawings, ECS, FIS & TU for approval
