Department Manager is responsible for the overall sales, marketing and after
sales service efforts of the PP Department. Primary responsibilities include, developing plans, and coordinates sales and marketing strategies to meet business objectives and achieve maximum results.
Continually evaluates the marketing strategy and plans to meet changing market and competitive conditions. Direct and guide and coordinate the efforts of the Department to ensure accomplishment of the Company and Department overall business objectives.
Responsible for the Pharma, Personal Care and Home Care market segment resources and activities including pre-sales, import process, inventory management and price negotiation with supplier.
Qualification
• Bachelor's degree (S1) in Chemistry/Pharmacist or related field
Experience
• At least 10 years’ experience in sales, marketing and business development
• At least 5-6 years' experience managing a sales team with P&L accountability and a track record of sales budget achievement.
