PROJECT DATA COORDINATOR

MISSIONS
The Onshore Upstream Customer Line is looking for a Project Data Coordinator for the Iraq multi-energy project within the HR team.
As part of your mission, you will assist the HR Lead in all the activities related to the Data management of the project.

SCOPE OF ACTIVITIES
The objective of the service holder is to support the Human Resources Lead in its organization, from Organisational Development to the integrity of HR databases, generating insightful reports, and ensuring efficient deployment of HR tools. Close collaboration with management to enhance HR processes and contribute to the organization’s growth.

This includes:
  • Monitoring of the manpower plan for the project according to planning.
  • Follow-up of the manpower cost with Cost Control.
  • Preparation and follow up of organization chart, HR reports and reporting, and methods.
  • Short term projected growth from 60 to 200 people.
  • The position is accountable for the quality and readiness of the HR organizational and manpower data, timely reporting, quantitative and qualitative analysis, efficient deployment of HR tools

ACTIVITIES
Organizational and Manpower planning:
  • Participate in organization and manpower plans.
  • Ensure the accuracy, completeness and readiness of the organizational structure and manpower plans.
  • In close collaboration with HR Lead, oversee staffing, mobilization, and demobilization data for all personnel categories.
  • Maintain HR databases, ensuring data quality and up-to-date information.
  • Provide regular and ad-hoc reports and analysis.
  • Continuously improve HR data quality, flow, and communication by optimizing tools and coaching users.

Tools:
  • Lead the implementation of a new software to monitor manpower plan and address contracted personnel administrative follow-up
  • Play a key role in needs analysis, tool selection, deployment, and setup, streamlining the process
  • Continuously evaluate tool effectiveness and recommend improvements
  • Collaborate with relevant entities to ensure user access to essential systems. Train team members and wider user population on system usage and best practices

Reporting:
  • Create and publish regularly and upon request the organizational chart(s).
  • Publish regularly and upon request the manpower plan
  • Produce regular and final reports.
  • Create presentations and internal documents.
  • Provide actionable insights based on quantitative and qualitative analysis

Cost control:
  • In collaboration with PCM Cost control & Contract and Procurement (C&P) Teams, anticipate as much as possible all issues concerning mobilization of external resources
  • Responsible for the Manpower Plan cost and allocation in liaison with Cost Control

Support:
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including affiliate HR, C&P teams
  • Anticipate and plan for short- and long-term growth, ensuring scalability of HR processes.
  • Support the transition and growth of project teams

Agreements were signed by the team in Iraq to enhance the development of the country’s natural resources.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Management, Engineer or related field (Master’s preferred)
  • Minimum 3 years professional experience in data management
  • Solid understanding of data analysis and quality control
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Experience of digital tool deployment
  • Power BI is a plus
  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail, highly organized, reactive, agile working style
