Key Responsibilities:
- Data Provisioning/Report Delivery: Provide support for high-quality, accurate, and timely data delivery services utilizing available internal and external datasets for the provision of dashboards, scorecards, and standard reports.
- Reporting Delivery Continuous Improvement: Implement transformation to streamline, automate, and centralize the report delivery process utilizing MSP resources.
- Ad-hoc Business Process Support: Assist Value Chains and Support Group customers in relevant activities that require gathering and delivering standard data sets required for ad-hoc work processes (e.g., strategy development).
- Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot issues with Tableau, Alteryx workflows, and Excel reporting to provide breakfix solutions and ensure smooth operations.
Specific Requirements/Work Activities/Languages:
- Industry Experience: Candidate with working experience in the oil and gas industry with a clear understanding of user requirements for standard reporting and related services will be preferred.
- Relationship Management: Ability to effectively control scope/demand for report delivery services.
- Process Management: Applies continuous improvement processes to drive report delivery streamlining via the use of CI tools and leveraging analytics technologies.
Must-Have Skills:
- Advanced Excel, SQL, Alteryx (data cleaning & data massage, data crunch, build workflow), and Tableau (data massage, troubleshooting, build dashboard)
- Good-to-Have Knowledge: Snowflake, Power BI, and SAP HANA.
