MAIN FUNCTIONS
Provides support to the environmental department. Duties may include filing, scheduling, record keeping, coordinating meetings and conferences. Responsible for importing, cleansing, validating and analyzing data with the purpose of understanding or drawing conclusions from the data. May consolidate and/or present data in charts, graphs, or tables. Focused on improving data quality. Works with moderate work direction and is skilled and knowledgeable to the position.
May work on special projects to include recording, compiling, retrieving, reporting and analyzing information. Must be able to multi-task and prioritize. Strong communication skills and organizational skills are required. Proficiency with MS Office required. Works with moderate work direction and can identify issues/problems but may need assistance in resolving.
TASK (Include, but are not limited to):
• Update KPI Dashboards for monthly LTO and ALT meetings
• Monitor RRC inspection/violation status report
• Maintain dashboard of all projects with external agency involvement
• Run AFE budget report weekly and alert AFE owners of over-budget projects
• Monitor HSE event exception reports and QA/QC data
• Compile weekly highlights for roll-up
• Maintain consolidated team action log
• Maintain team on-call and rotational hitch calendars
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Strong analytical, verbal and written communication skills. Report generation and data analysis. Proficient in MS Office.
