Cyber Security & Network Engineer
 
Contract period: 01.10.2024 - 30.11.2025
Location: Stavanger or Bergen

Main Tasks: 

- Develop network and cyber security philosophy and design in the projects.
- Perform and develop engineering deliverables, network topologies, block diagrams, zone&conduit diagrams, risk assessments, network configuration documents, wiring diagrams, etc.
- Develop Cyber Security Specifications for the projects.
- Prepare site inspection/survey and study reports.
- Collaborate and coordinate interfaces with other disciplines, subcontractors, and customers.
- Conduct risk assessments of subcontractors' packages/systems based on IEC 62443 Cyber Security.
- Standard and related prevailing requirements and regulations.
- Develop MTO and follow-up suppliers for equipment and services.
- Develop Installation, configuration and test procedures.
- Participate in FAT/SAT testing and commissioning activities.
- Formulate and develop strategies, procedures, specifications, and philosophies within the cyber security discipline in the Company.
- Comply with the Company's HSE guidelines and QA objectives.
- Contribute with technical solutions to reduce CO2 footprints and how to utilize standards solutions.
- Ensure that discipline deliverables are in compliance with work processes and procedures.

Qualifications:
- Formal higher education degree in Engineering or Computer Science is preferred.
- Experience and knowledge of industry standard communication protocols and network design.
- Experience and knowledge of prevailing regulations and standards, e.g. IEC62443, ISA99, DNV, NORSOK.
- Experience from control system vendor or system integrator is an advantage.
- Strong communication and cooperation skills.
- Good Norwegian and English skills, spoken and written.
- Structured and systematic approach.
- Good analytic skills.
- Have the ability to work independently and in a team, to be proactive and focused on safety and project goals.
- Solution oriented and proactive concerning multi-discipline problems.
