We have an opportunity with one of our reputed client in Dubai for the position of Cost Controller.

Position: Cost Controller
Location: UAE
Assignment Duration: 1 Year

Key Requirements:
- Qualification - MBA /ACCA/CMA/CPA or any Business-related degree
- Around 5 -10 years of relevant experience
- Should have experience in SAP (Mandatory)
- Candidates from Oil and Gas industry preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement cost planning strategies, including detailed estimates, budgets, and forecasts.
- Oversee project budgets, ensuring alignment with financial goals and plans.
- Implement cost control measures, monitor expenditures, and compute Actual Cost of Work Performed.
- Establish processes for effective control and reporting, ensuring compliance with financial legislation.
- Conduct financial analysis to assess project performance, trends, and risks, and prepare financial forecasts.
- Perform variance analysis, evaluate change orders, and assess the financial impact of scope changes.
- Present cost reports to stakeholders and collaborate with teams to ensure project alignment.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and identify opportunities for process improvement in cost control.
