Currently recruiting on behalf of a Major Renewables EPC for a Cost Controller specialist to help support the Cost Controlling of their Offshore Wind projects.

Role Responsibilities
 

• Support Controlling (SAP)
  • Creation of purchase orders for internal and external suppliers, tracking the validation of these orders, and coordination of the invoicing related to these orders
  • Internal coordination with the OFW project teams for the receipt of services and validation of invoices
  • Coordination of the interface with the accounting departments of internal and external suppliers
  • Coordination of the internal interface with the accounting and renewables teams, especially during monthly, quarterly, and annual closings
  • Coordinate and ensure the follow-up of the invoicing of OFW services to projects
• Compliance OFW: Ensure the completion and monitoring of compliance questionnaires for external OFW suppliers (pre-analysis, due diligence, etc.) + regular reporting on the control of these activities
• Depending on the activity and corresponding workload, a supporting role for the OFW project and legal teams in preparing contractual procurement documents in collaboration with the category managers
• Tasks may also include a support role in managing the OFW team's document database
  • Implementation of changes desired by OFW management in terms of document control/management processes
  • Management and regular monitoring of permission lists (access rights)

Role Requirements
 

• French & English speaking
• Good expertise in SAP tools implemented in the work environment
• Familiar with setting-up Cost Control processes
• Good expertise in MS OFFICE 365 office tools (Excel, Sharepoint, Outlook, etc.) for conducting cost tracking analyses (reporting vs. budget, pivot tables, etc.)
