Are you a detail-oriented individual with expertise in well licensing, regulatory reporting, and data management activities? A leading company is seeking a candidate like you to handle a diverse range of responsibilities, from license acquisition to reclamation certificate receipt.

Key Responsibilities:
- Gather requirements for well licensing and ensure compliance with tight timelines.
- Submit drilling/completion information to the Regulator and record key lifecycle elements accurately.
- Update and maintain the Well File throughout its life cycle.
- Submit required abandonment information and record it for decision-making purposes.
- Receive reclamation certificates and update the Well File status accordingly.
- Manage well status changes, testing, and contractual obligations efficiently.

Ideal Candidate:
- Can handle a fast-paced, high-volume workload with shifting priorities.
- Possesses strong attention to detail and can effectively communicate regulatory requirements.
- Holds certification in Petroleum Land or technical training in a well-related field.
- Has 7-10 years of experience in well reporting or related roles, with regulatory knowledge as an asset.
- Can analyze downhole information and submit it as per regulatory requirements.
