Our client is an investor in renewable energy sector. Due to the acquisition of large scale PV projects in Poland we recruit: 

Contract Manager Renewables 

Role
- Accountable for the contract management aspects of solar PV, wind farm, energy storage projects as well as PPP infrastructure and digital infrastructure projects
- Work with legal counsels to negotiate and execute contracts with various advisors, subcontractors and suppliers
- Depending on the seniority and experience, the role may include setting up and controlling; safety of work and in design, quality, environment, document control, risk & opportunity, change, interfaces, resources, schedule
- Depending on the seniority and experience, Lead and support planning and writing technical and commercial proposals and associated cost, time and resource estimates and management
- Ensure the correct procurement of subcontract services and management of subcontracts, also working with the Owner’s Engineers
- Exemplary safety behaviour and leadership.
- Business and project performance reporting to senior management,
- Ensuring for each project that proactive and preventative actions are taken to identify and provide early warning of project issues or risks and propose or implement corrections or mitigations.
- Ensure compliance with company integrated management system, project management plan and engineering and quality procedures.

Required Qualifications and skill
• Master's or bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering or science subject or another qualification with relevant experience
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Experience in the role of project or engineering manager or contract manager in energy or construction sector for a significant section of work
• A track record of working on transactions within renewable energy or other infrastructure sectors from working within a corporate or legal or technical advisory service.
• Preferably, strong understanding of the process of engineering and construction of renewable projects or infrastructure projects
• Strong communication and report writing skills.
• Collaborative approach to ensure we have a mutually supportive approach between our renewable business streams including Owners Engineering and various advisors
• A strong focus on issuing deliverables on time to quality. The ability to manage your time effectively and organise others across several projects if required.
• Flexible to travel for meetings or short periods of work away.
