We are working with Woodside, recruiting for a Content Services Coordinator on an initial 12-month contract. The purpose of this role is to ensure Digital support service levels are met as per agreed service level agreement.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for maintaining, tracking and communicating to managed service provider a pipeline of Woodside demand to enable appropriate support services are available in times of high and low demand or through critical business milestones.
- Responsible for monitoring and assuring support service quality against agreed key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level targets.
- Responsibility for ensuring all production systems are supported and that an effective handover to support process exists and is followed before accepting new systems into the environment.
- Responsible for driving continuous improvement opportunities related to a portfolio of supported systems, applications or technologies.
- Responsible for understanding who key stakeholders are for the assigned portfolio of supported systems, applications or technologies and that their interests are understood and being addressed.
- Responsible for managing business expectations with regards to Digital services and project delivery outcomes.
- Responsible for facilitating the implementation of service improvement actions and programmes.
- 6+ years’ experience in project coordination roles working with M365 EDRMS and Digital teams.
- Experience in taking a leading role in managing change, coordination of the related activities and coaching of team members.
- Experience coordinating work within a multi-vendor IT Operations Environment in a Service Delivery capacity
- Experience with Collaboration, Stakeholder Management, Business Writing and Workshop facilitation skillsAbility to manage and deliver projects within the M365 EDRMS environment, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
- The ability to effectively communicate and manage relationships with stakeholders across various Digital teams.
- The ability to care for the M365 EDRMS environment, ensuring changes are well-documented and integrated smoothly.
- The ability to monitor and ensure the performance of the M365 EDRMS environment, including resource management and system optimisation.
